Community Holiday Decorating Showcase.

This year once again The Kenny Klaus Team and 85209.com/85212 com will sponsor the Community Holiday Decorating Showcase. We will provide a list of homes in the 85209 & 85212 areas that show exceptional holiday spirit through decoration & whose addresses are sent to us.

To have your home added to the list just email your address to us at: Info@TheKennyKlausTeam.com We will continue to update the list throughout the month so email us your address anytime.

Maps of the individual communities are available under the “Maps” section.

There have been a lot of beautifully decorated homes in all of our communities over the years & we hope this will give all of us the opportunity to see all the homes that have done an exceptional job in displaying their holiday spirit.

Holiday Toy Drive 2008

Beginning Monday Nov. 17th & running through Dec. 22nd we will begin collecting new unwrapped toys in two locations within our communities.

• 85212 residents drop off their toys at The Kenny Klaus Team’s office
• 85209 Residents can drop off their toys at the Augusta Ranch Golf Course Clubhouse

The zip code that donates the most toys will be eligible for various discounts throughout the month of January from local businesses. For more info contact The Kenny Klaus Team at 480-354-7344
